Concurrent viewers = watching live at once, across all your webinars · Registrants = people who can sign up per webinar · Viewer-hours = 1 viewer watching 1 hour; your monthly live total (e.g. 500 viewers × 3 h = 1,500).
Billed above the cap = Scale only. Viewers past 1,000 come in, and the time they watch is added to the month at €0.18 per viewer-hour, on top of the subscription.
